As soon as your order ships, we send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link. Can't find it? Check your spam or promotions folder.

2. Track your package

Click the tracking link in the email, or enter your tracking number at 17track.net to see the latest status of your shipment.

Delivery times

• Processing: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Delivery: 3–10 business days (Monday to Friday) after your order has shipped

Please note that tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update after your order has shipped.
