Return & Refund Policy

Every order comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Conditions

  • The item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with all tags attached.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging where possible.
  • Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned, unless they arrived faulty.
  • Underwear, swimwear and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they arrived faulty.

How to return

  1. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. We reply within 1–2 business days with your return instructions and return address.
  3. Send the item back and share the tracking number of your return with us.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without instructions cannot be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to show it on your statement.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect. We recommend a tracked shipping service, as we cannot refund returns that get lost in transit.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the item you want.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no cost to you.
