Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on every order to the United States. Most orders arrive within 8 to 15 business days of being placed.

Delivery times

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing starts once your payment is confirmed.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can follow your parcel with that number on our Track Your Order page. Tracking can take 1–2 business days to show its first update.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Peak seasons, weather and carrier delays can occasionally add a few days. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipping, contact us and we will look into it right away.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we can no longer change the address.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund where appropriate.
